"I'm fat as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!" -- this was my original summary of Fat, Angry Blog. Between July 23, 2010 & April 2, 2011 I went from 278 lbs to 204.2 lbs. BUT here I am near the end of July 2012 at 255 lbs... *SIGH* I've got to stick with it this time!

I can see that I have less of a "shelf" on my hips/thigh area and no overhang at the waistband, plus less back fat!

Oh wow! That is a huge difference. I am jealous of your smooth back. I have skin hanging that is only going to come off when I have the surgery to take it off.
