Owwie, my ankle!

OK so I slipped on Wednesday night coming home from working out.

I did NOT fall but my ankle was a little sore.  Not puffy, not sore where I thought it was sprained - just a little sore.

Yesterday while I was on the elliptical, it started to hurt again.  I got off, elevated my foot and applied a cold bag.

I woke up this morning and coming down the stairs, it kind of clicked like when you crack a knuckle or something (but not as loud, hence why it was a click and not a clack or a crack).

Still not swollen, but it hurts when I stand on it.



  1. Uh-oh. I don't like the sound of 'clicking', FAB. You are the second blogger to hurt her ankle this week! Hope you're feeling better asap!

  2. Oh noooooo ... that clicking sound makes me nervous. If it doesn't get any better, promise me you'll go to the Doctor, okay? *HUGS* Hope you feel better soon!

  3. I'm wondering if I should get Hubs to snag me a tensor bandage or an ankle support from the drug store...


  4. Be careful with that- definitely get something for extra support until it's completely healed. I've had more ankle/knee pain experience than I would like (on same leg of course!) and it's best to rest it at the first twinge or you'll risk being off it a lot longer!
