Guess what - I re-weighed and...

You all hear me complaining about my bowel issues...

Well, I re-weighed after I had a bowel movement this morning and I dropped an ENTIRE POUND!

I re-checked 4x.

I got 222.6, 222.8, 222.8 and 222.8

weight:  222.8 lbs

  3. HAHAHAHAHA-that cracks me up. I ALWAYS weigh after I poo-I never realized how much poo weighed until I started dieting!! ;-)

  6. Poop is matter and matter weighs and it DOES make a difference. I always try to weigh after pee and poo in the AM, but sometimes, when I eat fewer calories and don't sleep well, the poo doesn't wanna do its thing and I just go ahead and weigh. But I do notice usually a .2 to .6 pound difference after a poo. For sure!

    You must have had a fierce one. hahahahha :)

    And lookit you. So close to getting in the 100s. Oh, yeah!

    I always weigh at least three times. I have to verify it then verify it again to be sure that the first wasn't a fluke.. *sigh* I am nuts. :D

    I try to weigh myself after I poop too, if my body is cooperating... And I weigh myself about 3x as well - to be sure. :D

  11. LOL! Yep, that's definitely the best time to weigh. *wink* I make sure I'm completely 'unloaded' before I get on the scale. LOL!
