One of the people from the LJ community 100pounds2lose posted a challenge.

30 minutes of any type of exercise daily.

Challenge accepted.

Start date - today

And yes, I did my 30 minutes (31 actually) about 45 minutes ago.


  1. Good for you! I went to the gym today ... yay!

  2. Way to go girl! Just stay consistent. I've been a little off the past few days ... I think I did enough dancing on Sat night to get me through a day or two. LOL But seriously, stay consistent and the weight will go....
    I'm back in the gym tomorrow morning for cardio.
    Keep up the good work!

  3. What do you find works better, more cardio than strength training or vice versa?
