I can't even remember what I was going to post this morning

We have a ton of snow and our satellite service was out but S-girl called and talked about what happened in Japan.

Hubs cleaned out the dish and suddenly - we were caught up.  An 8.9 quake in Japan... aftershocks, 4 nuclear reactors in the disaster zone, followed by a tsunami and a wide-ranging tsunami warning.

All these weather issues in the past decade, plus the dead fish and mysterious dead birds etc... if I considered myself Christian -- I'd really be worried.  As someone who falls under the pagan umbrella - I am *still* concerned but because I feel like Mother Nature is lashing out at mankind for using and abusing our planet for so long.

I am worried about New Zealand since that's where my soul sister C. is and it is one of the places with a tsunami warning and her last FB status was 9 hrs ago, stating that she was going mountain-climbing and would be away for a few days.

Here's hoping nothing happens in NZ.

The loss of life in these sorts of disasters always gets to me.  I imagine families like mine - ones who struggle to pay the bills but have families filled with love sleeping in their beds, unaware and then boom.  Disaster!

My brain makes me picture terrified children and heart-broken mothers not even knowing what happened to them.

It breaks my heart.
