Wow, day 91 already and going strong! I really should start buying more natural food, I have no clue where to start.
ReplyDeleteDo you have a Farmer's Market near you? That would be the first place I'd look for. And you can always ask if the meat has had hormone treatment and what sort of grains it was fed when alive.
ReplyDeleteFor fruits and veggies, ask about pesticide usage and things like that.
Also, I will also buy things that are organic at the grocery store or even frozen fruits that have had nothing added to them.
I am a picky eater and it's kind of tough but it has been making a difference.
