In the past I'd eat an entire package of those tiny little chocolate bars/treats.
I can't remember if I've talked about goal clothing before but I am leery of buying anything to be "goal clothes" but I did find an old pair of size 14 jeans packed away.
At the moment, I can get them just past my knees and that's it. But I was wearing them in 06 or 07 and I shall do so again.
Getting into them won't have me at MY GOAL but they will be part of getting me to my goal so I guess that should count!
I wish I could do moderation. If I buy 'em I eat 'em in one sitting. I have the best intentions but that gets lost somewhere between the fridge and my stomach.
ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping in at my blog. I am now following you and have added you. :D
ReplyDeleteModeration is good, if you can do it. And it sounds as if you did just fine.
You are doing so well! I can't do the moderation thing very well (unless the treats belong to someone else!)
ReplyDeleteGoal clothes can be fun, but if you do ever go that route, go to a second hand store and pick out something cheap and then buy really awesome clothes when you actually get there!
I still have a few pairs of pants from when I was at my smallest (about 20lbs less than now) and I can get them on already, but they are HIGHLY uncomfortable and too tight. I am excited to get down to the point where they are comfortable again.
hope you had a great halloween! My son's candy is everywhere. So tempting to go overboard. Good job staying on track!
ReplyDeleteI can't bring myself to buy clothes in a smaller size; even though my pants are at the point of falling off my ass. And I have a feeling that if I do buy clothes, I will never throw my fat clothes away "just in case". It's a vicous cycle!
ReplyDeleteWe didn't buy any treats ... we hid in the spare room to avoid the trick or treaters. Yes, that was us!
