And yes, I did my 30 minutes (31 actually) about 45 minutes ago.
"I'm fat as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!" -- this was my original summary of Fat, Angry Blog. Between July 23, 2010 & April 2, 2011 I went from 278 lbs to 204.2 lbs. BUT here I am near the end of July 2012 at 255 lbs... *SIGH* I've got to stick with it this time!

ReplyDeleteWay to go girl! Just stay consistent. I've been a little off the past few days ... I think I did enough dancing on Sat night to get me through a day or two. LOL But seriously, stay consistent and the weight will go....
