I know if I am building muscle that weight drops can lessen and I know that I often don't see drops after workouts that focus more on core and strength training.
I need to get back into more regular cardio though too.
I was for awhile but sometimes it just, frankly, gets boring being on the squeaky elliptical. I can't hear the TV over it and, invariably, Baby Girl fusses as soon as I start and Hubs doesn't have the capacity to soothe her as quickly as I do and if she's fussy and he has her, I can't concentrate and I don't finish my cardio.
Sometimes I think it might be easier if I had a gym membership but at the same time -- then I think it would be hard to get out the damn door since the closest gym does not have child care.
I guess I'm just feeling a little out of sorts today...
Grr Arrgh!
A small drop is better than no drop! Keep up the good work.
