No change on the scale this morning... still 206.4 lba so I guess I did a good job with my eating in moderation yesterday.
And that was naked on the scale WITHOUT having breast-fed Baby Girl for about 8 hrs and during my TOM aka period aka Shark Week.
LOL!
Today shall entail at least 5 hrs sitting in the car if traffic is OK. 2.5 hrs to Step-Daughter's mother's place and 2.5 hrs on the way back.
That's if we're lucky.
