Another good workout!
Tonight we worked more on core - though since we only had 2 yoga balls and my balance sucks, I threw in some weight reps with my two 10 lb hand weights for myself.
We had some music and some laughter.
I am horribly uncoordinated so that can be kind of funny.
Am having a post-workout smoothie and I am hoping to see a drop again tomorrow but since tonight was cardio-lite rather than heavy -- I may be in for disappointment.
Going to head upstairs with Hubs (Son is in bed already) and probably watch "Mike & Molly" while I breast-feed Baby Girl.
