A common misconception ...Be careful of not eating. A common misconception is that you have to eat less to lose weight and while there's some truth to that, eating 5 or 6 small meals per day is much healthier. Lots of fruits and veggies. Watch your intake of bagels tho 'cause they've got a very, very high GI.<br />Try not to be so hard on yourself.
